Buying a suitable OUXI charger

A replacement charger must be compatible with your bike's battery. In this collection, you will find the OUXI charger. Before purchasing, check the specifications of your battery and current charger and compare them with the product information. The brand name of the bike alone is insufficient to determine the correct charger.

What information do you need?

Make a note of the bike model and the markings on the label of the battery and the existing charger. Check the required charging voltage, charging current, and connector type. The nominal battery voltage and the output voltage of a charger are not the same; therefore, use the appropriate combination from the manufacturer's data as a starting point.

A matching plug is not enough

Even if a plug fits into the connection, a charger may still be unsuitable. The electrical specifications and the intended battery system must also match. Do not use an arbitrary adapter or different charger to make an unclear connection fit. Ask for advice first if the data is missing or does not match.

Replacing due to a charging problem

If your bike no longer charges, the charger might not be the cause. In case of doubt, have the battery, connection, and charger assessed before ordering a replacement product. Use the manufacturer's instructions when charging and have damaged equipment checked.
